8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of the site, including educational or financial decisions made on the basis of information shown here. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid (if any) to use the site in the preceding 12 months.
