No — there's no "sign up" step. Noor authenticates through Nafath (the national SSO), so as long as you can log into Absher with your national ID, you can log into Noor. The Ministry pre-links every parent on the civil registry the first time their child appears in Noor.

Yes. Both parents listed on the family record (سجل الأسرة) authenticate separately through their own Nafath / national ID. You can each see the same children.

Yes — there are official Noor apps for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The app is fully bilingual and tends to be more stable than the mobile web view. It still uses Nafath for sign-in.

If Nafath itself is broken (lost phone, biometric reset), call Absher support on 920000890 — Noor support can't help with Nafath authentication.

What if my Saudi mobile number is wrong or out of date?

Update it in Absher first. Both Nafath and Noor pull the number from the national identity service, so the change syncs within a day. Until you update it, Nafath will reject your login.

Is Noor the same as Madrasati?

Accepted Answer

No. Noor is the central record system (registration, grades, certificates) and uses Nafath for sign-in. Madrasati is the daily learning platform (homework, attendance, classroom assignments) and uses a Microsoft Teams sign-in tied to the @noor.sa account assigned by the school.
