How to check attendance on Madrasati
Attendance is tracked per class period and viewable in the Reports section. Parents and students can see daily records, download summaries, and track absence patterns.
Madrasati records attendance for every class period. The data lives in the 'Reports and Statistics' (التقارير والإحصائيات) section, which contains multiple report types: Attendance and Absence (تقارير الحضور والغياب), Absence Follow-up (متابعة غيابي — the most detailed view), Academic Level, Behaviour, Teacher Notifications, and more.

Sign in and open Reports and Statistics
Sign in to madrasati.sa. From the top navigation bar, click 'Reports and Statistics' (التقارير والإحصائيات). The student reports menu appears with all available report types.

Choose the attendance report type
The reports menu includes: Attendance and Absence (تقارير الحضور والغياب), Absence Follow-up (متابعة غيابي), Academic Level (تقرير المستوى الدراسي), Student Behaviour (تقرير سلوكيات الطلاب), and others. Click the one you need.

View the Absence Follow-up report
Click 'Absence Follow-up' (متابعة غيابي) to see a detailed week-by-week grid showing each class period's attendance status. Select the school term from the dropdown and use the date arrows to navigate between weeks.

Search by educational level
In the Absence Follow-up report, enter the educational chain (التسلسل التعليمي — grade and class details) and click Search to filter the data.

Check other report types for more detail
The Student Behaviour report (تقرير سلوكيات الطلاب) shows behaviour records and any actions taken. Teacher Notifications (الاشعارات المرسلة من المعلمين) shows alerts sent by teachers. Academic Level gives the overall grade summary.
Useful tips
- Absences are recorded per period — a student can be absent for one period and present for the rest of the day.
- The Absence Follow-up report (متابعة غيابي) gives the most granular view — see each period individually for every school day.
- To correct a wrongly recorded absence, contact the teacher of that specific period through the Messages section.
- Check the Behaviour report (تقرير سلوكيات الطلاب) along with attendance for a complete picture of the student's school record.
